About LB Accountancy

A few years may have passed since my first venture into accountancy, but my mission to create order out of bookkeeping chaos is still going strong. Getting stuck into paperwork and crunching the numbers, it’s my job to balance your books with clarity and professionalism. And that’s exactly what I do - saving you an awfully large headache in the process.

My experience with accountancy services has followed a logical career path. Starting out as a finance administrator for an electrical contractor, I moved on to work at a busy accountancy practice where I stayed for almost a decade before branching out on my own as a self-employed accountancy service provider.

Along the way, I have gained a huge amount of experience across the whole spectrum of accountancy services. From annual tasks such as VAT returns and year-end accounts preparation, to ongoing services including bookkeeping and payroll, I have worked with small businesses and sole traders across a wide range of industries.

So that’s my experience covered. But what about my credentials? Having received my Association of Accountancy Technicians (AAT) Accounting qualification in 2004, I have combined on-the-job learning with formal training from the UK’s leading professional body for vocational accountants. I am also proud to be registered as a Member in Practice for both the AAT and the Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers (ICB), ensuring I remain at the cutting-edge of my industry.
